也许是对的。随便从网上找了一下，看到下面一段。虽然小提琴最早是意大利人发明的(如果是对的)，但它的起源是中亚类似于马头琴的乐器。这说明为什么弓毛是马尾做的原因。有意思。

The earliest stringed instruments were mostly plucked (e.g. the Greek lyre). Bowed instruments may have originated in the equestrian cultures of Central Asia, an example being the Mongolian instrument Morin huur:

Turkic and Mongolian horsemen from Inner Asia were probably the world’s earliest fiddlers. Their two-stringed upright fiddles are strung with horsehair strings, played with horsehair bows, and often feature a carved horse’s head at the end of the neck. ...
