This helps my students - but I'm able to physically show them rather than have it typed down. I'll try in point form as it might be easier.
Imagine you have a medium sized dog sitting on your lap.
- Pat the 'dog' in a relaxed downwards stroke. Watch your wrist carefully and see what happens.
- Bring your hand up ready to pat it again. When you bring your hand up, what happens to your wrist?
Do the actions again (with a very relaxed hand and wrist) and this time watch the movements of your fingers. They will move too - your arm should move/follow through as a whole. It's the same as the bow hold on the violin.
回家跟天龙试了一下,家里刚好养了一只猫,叫Curry。我叫天龙慢练,但每弓都要“轻轻地pat Curry”,天龙一下就掌握了,音色好多了,弓子也拉直了。不过快的时候还会僵,弓子还是拉得太长,速度快不起来,那就慢慢练吧!天龙倒很喜欢Elves Dance,趁我做家务的时候他自己跑去拉了几次。
